The largest insurer and the largest healthcare provider in Kansas are forming an accountable care organization to lower costs, reports KCUR. 

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas and Via Christi Health have completed an agreement changing the way care is provided to about 20,000 patients, according to the story.
