Medicare payment changes may become permanent

The U.S. House of Representatives may vote next week to permanently change the made Medicare pays hospitals and physicians, The Hill reports.

If Congress does not pass a bill by March 31, doctors will receive up to a 20 percent decrease in Medicare payments.
